Lesson Excerpt
1. Teacher takes students to computer lab to conduct internet research on the U.S. Presidents that will be on the timeline. Students must find the birth dates and the states where the Presidents were born. Teacher will provide a list of the names of the Presidents to the students. Students will work in groups and each group will be responsible for researching ten [10] Presidents for their red or blue poster board.
2. Students groups will create a timeline for the ten assigned Presidents, and write the birth date and the birth states on the poster board.
