About the The Four Seasons Lesson
This is a basic lesson in what seasons happen when and what we can expect from them. It also introduces why we have seasons in a preliminary look at the earth?s tilt and revolution around the sun.
• To interest the students in our natural world.
• To give an idea of how such large issues as planetary movement affect our everyday lives.
After you have had fun all summer, you start to see the leaves on the trees changing. The plants and flowers are starting to look a bit tired. It seems to be getting dark outside sooner. The month of September starts the autumn season. October and November are autumn months too.
